As a Junior at Arlington-Bowie H.S., White had 53 receptions for 729 yards and 10 TDs. He committed to TCU very early (July 15 of 2009). White opened up his recruiting once before, but has recently said he's solid to hometown TCU.

One thing that may work in CUs favor on this one is that TCU is a heavily run-first offense. If we light things up through the air this year with McKnight, Simas, Clemons and the boys, CU could get a lot of interest from some WRs that we're not really expecting at this point.

    Here's some video (#88 - the kid's a player):

With those kinds of measurables, I can't believe he's not being recruited by some of the bigger schools. 6'2" and runs a 4.4 forty is impressive for a high school junior. Why isn't UT on this guy?

Who knows about UT? They are so selective it's amazing. A&M is all over White, though.

I think since March their '11 class has been one or two hypothetical schollies away from being filled out. Though with the wideout attrition of the past year, they could have another opening or realize by fall camp that there's going to be a need.

White de-committed from TCU this month. He's going to go on some visits and see what's out there. I don't think CU is likely to land him, though. Seems like he'll stay in Texas or close by.

Re-committed to TCU. Maybe it will stick this time. Seems to be where his heart is.
