Tulsa was Doolittle's first offer, but Colorado is his 2nd (and first BCS offer). He'll probably visit us and seemed pretty excited about the offer. He wants to play WR, which we're offering. Says he'll take his time before committing. He's likely holding out for an offer from hometown OSU.
Be a really nice pickup as a slot WR and return man. Check out the Edmond team highlight video from last season. Doolittle (#1) has a couple sick returns on there:
Looks like we do have a visitor this weekend. (And maybe one other.)
Who's the "maybe one other" one?
The other visitor was Kevin Pierre-Louis, a safety from Del Rio, TX. Sorry for not responding, taekwondo.
Regarding Doolittle's visit, it went well. Buffs are in the lead. He didn't verbal, though.

No biggie. Thanks Buffnik
Between his rivals picture and espn picture...something seems a little different. I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe a different haircut?

I've seen him play. Decent qb (doubtful to see him play qb on a BCS level), good athlete. Would be a great addition as a DB.
From what I've seen, it may be an easy transition to wr/slot for him. Seems to have reasonably good hands, good acceleration, and makes plays in space.
We should have listened to Colorado fans.
I think the coaches at Edmond Memorial have already moved him to WR. I know for a fact he has switched back and forth between QB and WR as EMHS has felt the need. He'd be a good get, especially with the way this recruiting class will likely go. Only hope is that he grows a little taller and he could really be good.
CU remains the only official visit that Doolittle has taken.
Do we really need wr's right now? You know what we need, enough of this ....
