Roundtree is still developing, but he's a very skilled player already. Smooth jumper, athletic, and a good enough handle to play a little point.
This is from back in August of last year, so I'm going to go ahead and post the whole thing. Roundtree transferred high schools and re-classified as a 2012 prospect (he'd been a 2011 offer from CU).
Aaron Rountree prides himself on playing an all-around game.
The 6-foot-7, 190-pounder is taking his versatile talents to Wilson (N.C.) Greenfield School and reclassifying to the junior class. He played for nearby Beddingfield High last year.
Rountree was able to showcase his abilities with the Carolina Elite 16s this spring and summer. He essentially played point guard despite his height. Colorado, North Carolina Wilmington and Elon have offered, and NC State, Virginia, Marquette, VCU, and Charlotte are showing interest. The extra year of high school will likely create new interest.
The Wolfpacker watched Rountree score 16 of his 20 points in the second half to help Carolina Elite rally for a victory over Basketball Stars of America on July 10 at the CP3 Invitational in Greensboro, N.C.
Rountree unofficially went 9 of 17 from the field, and added seven rebounds, six assists, three steals, two blocks and five turnovers. He also went 2 of 3 at the free-throw line.
Here's the video link for Roundtree's performance in that CP3 tournament: http://rivals.yahoo.com/video/recrui...128a53e0eaa849
looks like his two favorites right now are Wake Forest and Colorado, It sounds like he is a lean to Wake right now. Hopefully Bz can keep them in a downward spiral.

Roundtree was a Bzdelik recruit who reclassified from the 2011 class to the 2012 class. So it's no surprise that he was offered or that he accepted at Wake Forest.
