This athlete is a very explosive WR/DB. I talked to his Coach at Cedar Grove High Coach Bonner and the first thing he said about Dallas was that he can run. He has been clocked at 4.35 in the 40 and he also runs track and posted times in the 400m at 47.7. Our research lets us understand that big time D1 schools are very high on Dallas. USC,Nebraska,Ole Miss,Miss State, and Ohio State are comming to visit his coach office. Look for this athlete to get offers from the sunshine state also. Right now he has ran back a 99yd interception in game one and he also doing his thing at WR and KR. This athlete is only a junior so look for his name to surface as a top receiver out of the peach state in 2011. Final Stats 2009: 37 Catches 800 yds 5 Int's 13 Td's
espn:
this guy is a really good football player that is a fixture in all three phases of the game. Dallas makes plays as both a safety and wide receiver, but we feel he will likely end up as a receiver in college. He has huge upside as a return specialist-- both punt and kick-off. He has a strong, but wiry build with adequate-to-good height. He is tough, has great hands and is deceptively quick and fast at the same time.

"Really I'm not anywhere," he said. "There's going to be a time to make a decision, you know, but I really don't know what I'm going to do yet or whatever. But there will be a time to make a decision."
Scout:
Dallas has long, easy strides that make him deceptively fast. He has very good hands and is a physical receiver. An asset in the running game, Dallas blocks with a good base and uses his hands well. A move the chains receiver that can battle for the ball in tight spaces - Scott Kennedy, Scout.com.

Scout Interview
Says he is going to graduate early, so he may be on campus and competing for spring ball. Most importantly, he says he wants to get out of Georgia and see the world.
CU is definitely in the mix here. Stay tuned.
fwiw, the Tennessee boards think he's a lock for them.
Looks like a very versatile athlete. When Hawk is gone and the new staff is here a guy like this will be in the perfect position to take advantage of the opportunity and really shine. It's a great deal for a guy, top flight education, chance to play early and play a lot in a top conference while experiencing a different part of the country.
I hope he decides to be a Buff.
If we beat Georgia, he may be this years Obi (hopefully better though :) )
wow, impressive list of schools that have offered. Would be a huge win to get him to commit.
Looks like he did not make it to Boulder this past weekend. Not sure whether we'll get a visit at a later date (scheduling conflict) or if he simply told CU we weren't going to get his signature so let's cancel it. I'll post more once I get any info.
