Teammates with OL target Paulay Asiata.

Biography: Parker is a blur from his defensive end spot, combining quick feet and hands to defeat blocks and get into the backfield. He loves the game and gives maximum effort on every play, making the most of his physical gifts. Parker has shown the ability to drop into coverage and cover running backs, which has really helped his stock on the recruiting trail.
Selection Committee Quote: Parker really burst on to the scene last summer by flying 5,000 miles and dominating the FBU Top Gun Camp. He’s got a great burst off the ball that allows him to track down quarterbacks and rack up the sacks. Parker is athletic enough that he could star as either a linebacker or defensive end in college.
Juda was a Tennessee commit at one point, but they asked him to decommit. You can read about it in a 44 page thread at VolNation if you're interested: http://www.volnation.com/forum/tenne...da-parker.html
Here are the 2009 and 2010 highlights:
The "Top Gun Camp" is where people discovered Parker.
Here's what Rivals had to say about him following that camp:
JUDA PARKER, 6-2/245 ,WDE, HONOLULU (HAWAII) ST. LOUIS
ASSETS: Always at the front of the line, excellent pad level and a serious pass-rushing threat.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Will most likely project as a linebacker so learning to play in space and cover backs is imperative.
WHAT WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE: May have been the hardest worker at any position in the camp over all three days. Parker was also unstoppable coming off the edge during lineman one-on-ones.
CONCLUSION: Parker will be receiving a nice bump in his ranking next time around. This pass-rushing specialist is perfect in the 3-4 defense. Look for his offers to triple before the first Wednesday in February arrives.
Man, keeping up with recruits is a thankless job. Good work, buffnik.
First off, the player is teammates with OL target Paulay Asiata.
Which means that he may have heard there is a state of Colorado, in which there is a fine University.
We need a player like this, he's not committed, and there's a connection through his teammate.
So buffnick says "hey, what do you think of this guy?"
And we say "wow, LIKE."
Or as snowbuff so aptly put it, "Hope and Rumor, as usual."
If you want the recruiting forum to stick to kids who have been offered and/or committed or enrolled, it's going to be a slim patch of reading.
Sorry guys, but you took it wrong. I appreciate Buffnik's postings!
I was hoping he would expand on it and say something like:
"This guy is visiting and we are offering"
-or-
"This guy plays on the same team as a guy we are recruiting, and he just got decommitted at Tennessee, so maybe, just maybe".....
Just don't tease me any more Buffnik. The heartbreak is intolerable.
I figured you just wanted to know if there was solid info backing this up.
We've seen the film. Cabral likes him. I don't know how far it will go, but we'd be his best offer if we make a move.
If we keep that LIZ lb position, he'd be a great fit.
Thanks for all the hard work you put in Buffnik. Some of us appreciate it.
No, I want commitments. I want 2 a day!
Buffnik posts something that looks tasty over here. I run over to Rivals and nothing. I run over to Scout and nothing.
So I guess I'm complaining that Allbuffers are getting good information and I'm wasting my time (and money) looking for the solid story behind it over at the pay-sites!
Keep up the good work (however you do it).
I see the connection, but I guess we don't even know if he's being recruited to CU. In the old days, I wouldn't bother looking at a kid until he committed or scheduled a visit. These days, I get interested just to find out there's a kid from Hawaii who plays football and will graduate in 2011.
Confession: I admit, I watched film last night of a QB committed to Wyoming. Should I say more?
