Feeney plays for a very small school in California. He was quick to accept when he got the Arizona offer (while Greg Brown was there). He is now a "soft" verbal and is taking visits. He's at Washington this weekend.

AZ has a write up on him at buffscoop: http://www.buffscoop.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9503

I think we are full at S right? So potentially he can be converted to CB?

A redshirt year in the weight room and working on technique and footwork would do wonders for him. With his nose for the football, he could turn into a pretty decent safety.

Brown does like those big corners if they've got the speed.

If his measurables are correct, you take him. Big enough to cover tight ends, fast enough to cover wr's, enough size to be effective in run support. Be a heckuva safety.
We should have listened to Colorado fans.

We knew he was looking and we considered bringing him into CU for a visit. Feeney has switched his commitment from Arizona to Washington.
