Love this recruiting stuff popping up again.
Guy is deceptively strong for his size, loves to hit people, 1 cut runner for sure. Not so sure on elusiveness though. He basically goes 1 way, downhill. I like that!

Goose - "Snow's right. Listen to him."
Quattro - "All hail the supreme ruler that is Snow! Heil, Snow!"
He had a huge junior season playing in the Inland Empire. He was first team all-CIF and first team all-league.
He may be the big back we have been looking for over the last few years.
He seems open right now, but Boise State might actually be the team to beat, based on his comments in the last Scout update. Hope EB can convince him to visit Boulder.
According to AZ, the Buffs are in the lead to sign Payne. http://buffscoop.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10294
Sounds like EB is pulling out all the stops.

Would be a perfect complement to Catalon. Hard to argue the production.
Given an initial 3* rating by scout and ranked the #29 RB. New highlights:
his highlights are similar to dscott. hopefully he has a bit more of a work ethic...
I like how he runs, lots of power. A year or two with Blacken should yield us quite the powerful back.
are we still the team in the lead?
He'll be fun to chant for after a TD, or a big run.
