I know what you mean. Not the circumstances we would have hoped for but it is kind of neat to turn on espn and basically be the lead story today. On mike and mike this morning they kept replaying soundbites of vitale and bilas ranting about CU not getting in. Its nice to get some national media attention, especially since its all complimentary of CU. We have built an entire army of support in the last 24 hours. Go to the KU message boards or read the comments on espn.com. Everyone is our side.
We are getting a lot of press. Getting to MSG in the NIT is very important to keep this talk alive even though it will die down.

CU needs to make it to NYC or it will look like the committee made the right choice. This will be tough for the Buffs as there is a history of teams that missed the tournament perform poorly in the NIT due to disappointment. Lets hope that doesn't happen and Tad and the boys do Colorado good. Go Buffs!
On around the horn it was mentioned 4 different times that CU beat K-State 3 times this year. Props to Woody and Tim Cowlishaw (who I think used be a CU student but graduated from another school). Can anyone confirm that?

Bobby Knight was on a local radio show with Billy Packer tonight and he was praising us. He was talking about the seedings and noted there's a number of teams in the tournament who have no wins against any of the top 5 seeds but Colorado has 4. He also ripped the committee big time in general.
