    Back Fron Stanford Game

I want to be relevant again so badly. No one cared at all at that game. CU fans, stanford fans, it didn't mattter. That was a a joke. Before, during, and or after the game. No intensity. This sucks, we suck. Things need to change.

Sorry to sacky and the gang. I didn't make it by the tailgate. I was planning to head over, but then you moved and I couldn't find you.

Lots of cu fans before the game on the train down and in the lots, during the game in the stands, and after the game in the bars. Too bad we didn't have much to cheer for.

I've said it before, but at some point the fans will stop coming. I'm a pretty hard core fan, but even I'm thinking of taking some time off. I've got friends begging me to come down to LA for the UCLA game, but I dunno if its worth my time or money after these Ohio State and Stanford games.

It will be a novelty for a couple years. New games in new locales. Palo Alto instead of Ames. Corvallis instead of Lubbock. Certainly BIG improvements!

But if the team continues to struggle I could certainly see ticket sales drop, even with the new locales and new foes.

I can appreciate now exactly how it felt to be a Buff fan through Fairbanks. It feels like trudging.
Dig deep down in the reserves inside you - you will find the energy.

i dunno. i was around during the fairbanks era. back then, we literally didn't have any hope that the team would ever be ok, let alone good, and forget dominant. going to games was just a nice way to get out in the sun, drink some beer, and hang out with your friends.

Mac so radically changed the mindset and set the bar so high. i wonder if we'll ever get back to anything close to that level again. once we saw the bright lights of paris, we never wanted to go back to the farm.

i still have a tiny bit of hope now, so i guess that's good. ...although it feels a little like i imagine a degenerate gambler who is down on his luck feels. he recalls the winning streaks and early success that got him addicted, but falls deeper and deeper into the pit, while chasing that false dream.

I love my school, and will continue to travel and support them. CU will start winning again and more and more of us will come out. I can see us in 3 or 4 years bringing 10,000k + to Stanford, CAL, UCLA, SC.

We will be back....unfortunately Hawkins set this thing back a few years. What a ****ing fraud.

There are precious few of us who remember the depths of the fukbuks era. Then, hope was nothing but a four letter word.

Change is in the air, but this is gonna take a while.
We should have listened to Colorado fans.
