    Pac-12 All Academic Team (congrats to Sabatino & Shane)

    WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - The following student-athletes have been named to the 2012 Pac-12 Men’s Basketball All-Academic teams, Commissioner Larry Scott announced Thursday. To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor.

    If your major is bullshit like psychology or (business) communications you shouldn't be allowed on the list.

    That was my major. Back then, it was some core courses that were American history, civics & literature... and then the head of the department agreed to count any course that I could justify as "at least 50% American" toward my major.

    Anything lower than a 4.0 at ASU and you shouldn't be allowed on the list.
