Good company there for Lexy.Freshman Lexy Kresl earned the Crystal Ford-Adams Scholar-Athlete Award. She is the first freshman to win the award since Sabrina Scott in 2000.

On Sunday night, the Colorado women's basketball team had its annual awards banquet. Junior Chucky Jeffery took home a pair of honors.

Lexy is in good company. I was also very impressed with her 3.572 GPA, according to the CU website.
Other award winners were:
Lisa Van Goor Rebounding Award: Chucky Jeffrey
Defensive MVPs: Chucky Jeffrey and Meagan Malcolm-Peck
Ceal Barry Colorado Pride Award: Julie Seabrook (2nd year in a row)
I'd assume that Chucky is moving up pretty high on the career scoring and rebounding lists.

That would be a yes. If my math was right, she's in 18th place in scoring, 12th in rebounding and 9th in steals. If she has the same stats next season as she had this season she would end up in the top 6 in those categories.Originally Posted by Buffnik
