Josh played in 11 games for the Buffs in 2007 as a true freshman after missing the first 2 with a kidney bruise he sustained during an August scrimmage. He ended up leading the team in yards per catch (19.6) while compiling over 400 receiving yards. In 2008, his receiving numbers were slightly down (13.3 avg for 387 yards), but he was one of the nation's best kickoff and punt returners and finished the season with 1,987 total yards. Counted on to be a major weapon during the 2009 campaign, Josh instead quit the team over the summer prior to fall camp because he wanted to attend a university with a music program that offers a better studio for furthering his hip hop career. Josh transferred to UCLA, sat out the 2009 season, and is expected to play for the Bruins in 2010.
