DANVILLE — The Danville Area Community College Jaguars began defense of their NJCAA Division II Region XXIV championship in explosive fashion Wednesday night with a 117-67 victory over the visiting Spoon River Mudcats.
It was a full-team effort for the Jaguars who had all 12 players score at least five points and no player log more than 20 minutes of playing time.
Leading the way statistically was freshman Tim Toler who scored 19 points on 9-of-12 shooting.
