'12 CA QB Bart Houston (Signed to Wisconsin)

My fault. Houston is a stud and, IMO, the best realistic recruting possibility at QB for the Buffs. I'd take him over Miles any day. Plus, he has a great QB name. Bart Houston. Fantastic.

sidenote: apparently bart really likes soccer. There are tons of pics of him with a soccer ball, this is the only one I could find involving football.

Just saw that; nice pick up for the Badgers. Really would not have guessed that, but good for them I guess. Our options are starting to dwindle a bit.

His relationship with Paul Chryst (OC and QB coach at Wisconsin for past 5 years) seems to be the kicker here. Rip is a great coach, but he's been in the NFL for a few years now and probably looks like a short-timer to some.

Of course, there's a good chance that Wisconsin will lose Chryst for a head coaching job as well.

Kids tend to put a lot of weight on who will be coaching them and they really have no idea who will be the coach next week, never mind the next 5 years....

Not good. This is one of the two or three QBs we were after that I thought we had a legit shot at.

Not over untill he signs with Wisconsin. Really disapointing though that he gave them a verbal without even checking out CU.
