That 40 time is legit. He ran it at the Under Armour combine in Orlando.

Seems like we are back to looking for a couple of backs now, a smaller speedy guy and then a bigger bruiser. Kimbrow could fill the void left by Catalon's departure. With that offer list, I don't know how far behind we are at this point, but 4.38 speed is cookin'.

Would certainly make up for the loss of Catalon in the speed department. Put him behind a big agressive O-line and give him some holes to run through, get him past the line of scrimmage and not a lot of guys will catch him.

I wonder if Vandy can get him in. Or maybe the academic questions were unfounded. Great get for them.

Damn, Vandy is raking this year. Their winning ways and entrenched head coach must be the difference.

Everyone making excuses for Embree's mediocre start to recruiting should take note. Vanderbilt now has 11 commitments 5 of which are from 4-star players (ESPN). If a school that also has a new coaching staff, also made a non-flashy hire, is one of the worst BCS conference teams every year, and doesn't even have an athletic department can be doing so well there is no reason why CU can't.

Well, he had offers from Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Notre Dame, USC, Nebraska, and a bunch of others.

I guess this means that their coaches all really suck at recruiting as well, after all they couldn't get a kid who picked Vandy. Fire them all.

Man would it be nice to figure out a way to get this kid away from Vandy. This kind of speed at the RB position would probably make BB turn some backflips.

If this is the equivalent to one of slider's "bump" posts, I'm gonna beat you senseless with the neg rep bat. :pissed:

Just trying to get through the rest of the work day, man. Inspired by the RB thread from the other forum.
