Though the recruiting process has just started for Brazley, he admits that a few schools have his interest piqued.

"So far I'd say Ole Miss and Colorado and probably also Tennessee," he said as to favorites. "I don't know too much about Tennessee yet so I have to do some more research. I talked to Ole Miss and they said I have a good chance of coming in and playing as a freshman. They would have me out there on the field early.

"I talk to Colorado and they sound really excited about me. I talk to coach Eric Bieniemy and he seems to really like me. I like how he coaches too."

Brazley had a solid junior season with about 700 total yards and 6 TDs. He is known as more of a speed guy and we have obviously been in touch.

Carter was one of the high schools most affected by Katrina. The academic and athletic facilities have been very slowly rebuilt, but still mostly inadequate.
