Lee is a yet another BCS prospect out of Chaminade and is one of the more versatile two-way athletes in California. As a junior, he rushed for over 600 yards and 12 TDs, along with 300 yards receiving and two TDs. On defense, he had 52 tackles and six interceptions. His recruitment has started to pick up recently and he has been a standout in recent weeks at 7-on-7 tournaments.

Rep to lawdogg.

Good to hear about an offer. I know he is undersized, but I think he is a player you make an exception for because he can potentially contribute in any of the three phases.

There aren’t too many players anywhere out West more versatile than West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade athlete Donovan Lee. Lee worked out at running back but can just easily play in the slot or at corner. He prefers running back and probably had the best feet in the camp just ahead of Riggins. He can embarrass a defensive player with his ability to make you miss in the open field and has breakaway speed as well.

West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade athlete Donovan Lee is holding an offer from Colordao and receiving national interest from just about everyone. Lee, who could play running back, slot or corner in college will camp with USC, Colorado and Oregon in the summer and said he’s still open to everyone who wants to recruit him.

Adam says we are recruiting him as a corner. Nothing wrong with that because Lee is a dynamic athlete, but it may change if he performs as the primary back for Chaminade in 2013.

Hope we make a strong impression on Lee this weekend. A good unofficial visit would put us in great shape.

Hoping we see him commit this summer.

I'm right there with you, Duff. He's a highlight waiting to happen and we need to load our offense with guys like that.

His younger brother is supposed to be good

Sounds like he had some issues with cramps in Chaminade's first game. Gotta be a bit of an adjustment getting starter's reps in that offense (very up-tempo).

Hope we can get him in the fold soon. Need more playmakers on offense.

Hope this last weekend took a little shine off the Oregon State offer with their loss and our win shows him we are moving the right direction.

It was randomly really freaking humid in socal this past weekend. May have had something to do with it as well.

133 yards and two TDs rushing last night for Chaminade in a loss. Also had a TD reception.

Caught some of the stream, Lee is legit, played on both sides of the ball. Be a great addition for CU.

32 carries for 197 and a TD in a big victory over Oaks Christian on Thursday night. Kid can play.

Are we still looking at him at DB? Seems to me he'd be a better fit at 5'9" as a tailback. DB's in the Pac 12 need to be pretty tall.

There have been some great NFL WR corps that had 1 big WR along with a group of smaller WRs. Redskins had Art Monk & "The Smurfs". Oilers with their run-n-shoot had Haywood Jeffries along with 3 WRs under 6 feet tall.

I think you need the one big guy, but you can surround him with smaller, quicker WRs.
