Originally from American Samoa, DF was offered back on June 14th when CU coaches saw him at our Mission Viejo camp.

I'm guessing a guy they'd like to see as a senior and then bring in for an OV. As the only current offer, there's no hurry here.
 
I took a look at his twitter today and noticed that in addition to some CU coaches following him, so is Alex Kelley who also went to Vista HS.

This is a LB prospect to keep an eye on as CU fills out this recruiting class.
