Adam published a piece right after the June 8th offer: https://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1772999

Trey Udoffia arrived at Colorado's satellite camp at Contra Costa College last week expecting to showcase his skills at wide receiver. The 6-foot-0, 175-pound athlete from Loomis (Calif.) Del Oro instead made a big impression on defense.

"Colorado's coaches told me they wanted to go there as a wide receiver but there were so many receivers, I couldn't get as many reps as I wanted so I went to defensive back and just balled out, shut everyone down and they offered me as a cornerback after the camp," said Udoffia.

He definitely sounds high on CU. However, he is hitting a lot of camps this summer and if Washington offers we're probably in trouble (stated dream school).

That 40 time that's listed looks like it's not representative of Trey's actual speed.

In T&F this year, he clocked an 11.04 in the 100m. http://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/Athlete.aspx?AID=6577044

That was down from a best of 11.41 last year, so he has really improved his speed. His high jump also went from 5'10" in 2014 to 6'4" this spring.

Looks like a late developer who could blossom into a heck of a college player.

Whoever his QB is needs a Buff scholarship for whatever he wants after running 75 yards to make a final block!!!

Del Oro HS in Loomis is right next to Folsom (the city and lake). Moving to Folsom Field just makes sense.

With the improvements in measurables over the past couple of seasons, Trey could really show improvement on the field this year and become a great get.

Especially like the part where just a few days ago a 247 writer wrote a one-sided WSU article and predicted him there on the Crystal Ball..

Love this pickup. Welcome to the Buffs.

Amazing news to return home and see! Great day for the Buffs!

Camp pays off....didn't we off Montez after seeing him in camp? How many other guys of note have we spotted in camps first or if not first, they made a big impression there?

Welcome aboard young buff!

Bufffan68 - other threads discuss that point ad nauseum. Use the search bar!

Congratulations on your commitment to the Buffs young fellow. Looking forward to seeing this speed on the field.
