'17 CA QB Chase Garbers (Verbal to Cal)

He favorited a couple of tweets. People don't realize like Lytle and Garbers these kids develop relationships with coaches. They never offered him, but maybe they will if Lytle does decommit. Garbers also appears to be pretty supportive of Cal.

The bigger threat is the coaches not learning from their mistakes of not having a backup plan.
Having a "back up plan" of an already committed QB to a conference foe seems less like a back up plan and more along the lines of "pull and pray". I feel like big time QB recruiting is a delicate situation for the non blue blood programs.

Who says he's the only piece to this plan? I'd hope that they have best case, base case, and worst case scenarios for this plan.
