'17 JC CB Dante Wigley (Signed to COLORADO)

I see he's unranked on Rivals, does his commitment to us push them to evaluate?

Welcome !! In a league like the PAC 12 which will always have its share of good QBs/passing games, you can never have enough good DBs. Good get.

Welcome aboard, young fella. Looking forward to seeing you light it up over the next few years.

Really nice. I wonder who should get the credit (Tumpkin or JMFL) for teaching Clark how to do this? Clark did not recruit well before 2015, but he's been solid since.

Good question, just happy to see the uptick. Landing a player outside the normal recruiting footprint inside of two weeks of offering him is impressive.

Definitely. Seeing the atmosphere for Utah did not hurt either.

But just reading about the recruiting process for him is interesting. We basically locked him up in very little time.
Yeah, I wasn't disparaging Clark's recruiting job.

Do you think part of CU's recruiting pitch at the moment is something to the effect of "We are filling up quickly and you better get on board soon or miss the boat"?

I would think so.

Also, he's a January transfer, so by the time Spring Ball happens he will have already been in the program for a few months. He is the kind of lengthy, skilled CB that fits within the system. He could start right off the bat, maybe.
