August 31 update:

DE Jagwaylin Arps, TX (NR, 3*, 3*) has switched his commitment from Texas Tech over to Kansas.

Texas DB Zack Craig (3*, NR, NR) has committed to Colorado! 5th commitment and first pledge from Texas this year. :thumbsup:

So you're not going to get too upset if I report that Oklahoma landed its 23rd commitment today with Texas LB Rashod Favors (3*, 4*, 3*)? :wink2:

Kansas picked up its 14th commit today in Oklahoma MLB Trayvon Henry (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 4*). Kind of a surprise since he was considered an OU lock if they would accept his commitment.

The Huskers have pulled in 3 new commitments over the past few days.

DE Walker Ashburn, LA (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)
DB Ciante Evans, TX (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)
DB Harvey Jackson, TX (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)

They now have 8 verbals.

Over the past few days, the Red Raiders have pulled in the following 2 commitments:

LB Fred Harvey, TN (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)
OL Javius Townsend, TX (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)

This brings them to 19 verbals.

Colorado / Oklahoma State Update:

Zack Craig, a Texas DB who had previously given a verbal commitment to Colorado has switched his commitment to Oklahoma State.

Outside of last year OSU has mostly sucked until you go back to the days of Thurman Thomas and Barry Sanders. I don't know why it's his dream school but it's not because of wins.

If he's gonna be a 4th generation Cowboy, then that means his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father all played for OSU. I'd say that's a pretty ****ing strong emotional tie to the school.

California OG Daniel Munyer (2*, 2*, NR) has committed to Colorado. :thumbsup:

September 20th:

Missouri had a de-commitment of ATH Marquise Hill, MO (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN NR). They then picked up a commitment from ATH Henry Josey, TX (Rivals NR, Scout NR, ESPN 2*). Josey is most likely a running back.

Missouri re-landed a player that had previously de-committed [TE Eric Waters, TX (Rivals NR, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)]. This brings their total to 15.

CA DE Chidera Uzo-Diribe (Rivals 2*, Scout 2*, ESPN NR)
TX LB Lowell Williams (Rivals 3*, Scout 3*, ESPN 3*)

Diribe is supposed to be a 3* on Scout when the new ratings come out.

Baylor picked up its 13th commitment, beating out OSU and KU for 6'6" 350lb JUCO offensive lineman Robert Griffin.
