Thanks. It's just confusing that we're just over a month away and they aren't even on sale yet. So if I put a deposit on them, does that mean I'm securing better seats?
its bizarre weve been bitching for months... im pretty sure they resent when i call and it doesnt mean better seats it just secured you a spot... they just finished renewals...but it should be a week or 2 before they are on sale
CUBuffs.com does such a ****** job with ticket information, it really needs to improve. In comparison I can only speak for a certain ACC school that my parents have season tickets with, but in terms of getting information sent out and made clear far in advance + ticket information options made clearly visible and available, there's no comparison. For it to be one month before the basketball season and for there to be literally nothing on the website regarding basketball tickets, or even the most basic notice explaining dates they'll be available, etc. is extremely poor.
Up until recently, relatively few people cared....
Not to mention the website spends more time down, slow, or just plain being a piece of **** than should be acceptable.
It's not just the basketball realm..
Dealing with those people has been a complete nightmare for me.
I've been lucky lately, but in the past I found it difficult to get them to take my money.
I never imagined it would be so difficult. It's like going to the DMV.
