2013 Pac 12 Tournament: Colorado v Arizona Game Thread

That's why we've beaten them twice this year and 4 out of 5 in the past 2. Shut the **** up.

Several former great college coaches or players, who are now announcers, disagree with you.

Arizona is finally playing to its talent-level, in which case we simply cannot compete. We're trying to win with this game players like Chen, Mills, Adams, Tunks, Talton, etc, not one of whom would ever see the floor if they played for U of A. Booker would only get a few minutes a game at U of A; at CU, he is a starter even though he cannot shoot and has had numerous turnovers.

It's more on bad coaching by Miller that his team has not been great all year, but there talent level is awesome. Or maybe you forgot that Arizona had the #2 recruiting class in the nation last year, to go with Solomon Hill (a Top 100 player), Nick Johnson (a Top 50 player), Chol (a Top 100 player) and Mark Lyons (a superb point guard at Xavier)?

Totally agree. But next year, the gap will close a bit.

1-5, there isn't that great of a difference. But 6-10, AZ is far and away the better team. That depth is showing today.

Let's not get carried away with Arizona. Solid game from them, but they win and they'll turn around and lose to UCLA tomorrow

I'd take Andre over Hill, Dinwiddie over Johnson, Scott over Chol, and possibly X over Lyons any day of the week. If their talent level was so much better than ours, they should have had any trouble beating us everytime they played us.

We just can't get a good run going. Everytime we get something going, they respond with a 3 or a big play. Can't have that.

I hope the refs give the Mayor the respect he deserves next year. He gets fouled every time he drives.

This game is still winnable somehow. But we have no chance if we keep allowing them to get wide open 3s and easy layups.

UofA has jacked up 23 3's... that's absurd... we are out rebounding and out shooting them, but we have 6 more turnovers and have missed 8 free throws.

This team has a lot of heart. Could have easily given up after halftime and after their big runs were answered. Very proud to be a buff fan win or lose.
