2015 NFL Draft early entries

That one was uncertain. Big blow for Furd. Also, Donk fans should put him right at the top of their wish list for the 2015 draft.

That would make sense but the Broncos will probably select another running back or a backup quarterback that won't help win now while Manning is there. That is how the draft has gone recently.

I am sure Jimbo Fischer is pleased. Get that media frenzy generating powder keg out of the university.

Was looking at mock drafts and found this reference, WalterFootball gives the underclassmen with round projections, stats and opinions about the moves. He also lists rumored declarations and major players staying in school.

Kessler losing all his weapons at USC. I wonder if it's a good decision for him to stay. I think he'd be the highest rated pocket passer if he came out this year. Lots of GMs would prefer his kind of game to Mariota and Winston.

Happy to see that only Kessler and DJ Foster are on the "returning" list from the PAC-12 as of today. Lots of talent leaving the south but there appears to be lots of talent behind them. Should be an interesting year for the PAC in 2015!

Glad to see Mariota leave. Oregon will still be very good next year, but I'm thinking they drop to 9-10 wins now that he is gone.

Agholor is a big loss, but the Trojans got some young guys like JuJu Smith, Adoree Jackson, and Bryce Dixon who all should big contributors as sophomores. I think Kessler is an iffy pro prospect regardless of when he comes out.

If that's true, then he's much smarter declaring this year when the drop-back competition is so weak.

The issue is not whether he can make it long-term, but whether he can cash in initially with what he can show as bona fides right now. When you're hot you're hot! At his size in a metric-driven atmosphere he has to rely on his stats and impact from those stats.

Losing many of his weapons and another year under Sark, won't help his draft position at all, as his stats and PERCEIVED value, will likely regress. If he stays, bet it costs him a few million $$$.

Same thing for ASU's DJ Foster. Its stupid for a RB at his level to continue to take hits without getting paid for it. For Exhibit "A", see: Ball, Monty.

USC lost its WRs, RB and an unblockable DL. They'll still be really good, but these announcements probably keep them from being an absolute juggernaut.
