2018: Recruiting News, Notes & Official Visitors

Ray would be a good outside linebacker prospect for the Buffs. Has a good frame and good speed but I don't think it is elite speed to play in the defensive backfield. Coaches son who is definitely dedicated.
 
 
Looks like TE/ WR Brevin Jordan (See post #14 of this thread for more info), who the Buffs were the 1st to offer, is getting a lot of interest / attention now, and shows 8 offers on 247.

 
Buffs offer 2018 TE/ DE (???) Judge Culpepper from Plant High School, Tampa, FL. (TE/ DE seems to be his main likely college positions. He lists TE/DL/QB" for himself on his Twitter profile; 247 just lists him as a TE; Maxpreps has him as a "TE, DE, DT".)

Note- Per Wikipedia, his father Brad "Culpepper played college football for the University of Florida, and was recognized as an All-American. Selected late in the tenth round of the 1992 NFL Draft, he became a consistent starter for the Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears of the NFL.". He also has an older Brother Rex who just arrived at Syracuse as an early admit QB this January.
