after watching Hawks luncheon, DH said the same thing he did 3 weeks ago!!! " THE O SUX" i did like what C.Brown said sound like the D knows they have to win the game.

After allowing my emotions to cool for several days, I believe CU will show enough life on offense to win 31-24.
 
Ok. Sooo. KSU can put up points.. And our defense has been torn up three weeks in a row. I see no reason that our offense improves. I say it's a physical game that Kansas State Owns.

I think my heart broke a lil.... We were posting wins over FLA State And Kansas and even more on Texas than this... Are we down or realistic... I dunno.
 
To be fair, the defense has played well and put us in the position to win games, with the possible exception of against Texas where we are simply outmatched. When they spend the entire game on the field they are eventually going to give up some points. You can't look at the FSU and Kansas scores and say, oh, they gave up X number of points, they must have played poorly.

The reality is that our defense played quite well against these teams and our offense didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

The Texas game where the defense got a pick and ran the ball back into the redzone is a microcosm of our entire season. Defense makes a huge play, gives the ball to the offense inside Texas's 20 yard line, and the offense proceeds to move the ball backwards so the kicker can miss an easy field goal and we walk away with 0 points. That is a perfect analogy for our football team.



Imagine how frustrating that must be for a defense?

The offense needs to score.
 
I'm on the fence right now with this team.. I have no confidence going into this game, so I might as well set my expectations low..
