    Ann Elliott, who has been a part of five NCAA championships as a player and assistant coach at Northwestern University, has been named the first head coach of the University of Colorado's fledgling women's lacrosse program, athletic director Mike Bohn announced Monday.

    USC's coach is only 1 year older FWIW

    Not so much for women's lacrosse - many coaches started quite young. I think it will actually be beneficial in many ways.

    Good hire. Glad we looked to Northwestern.
