Thanks to wredej on Rivals for finding and posting this one.

This is pretty much the only Pac-12 guide you need.

You can follow the author on twitter @nropp

Is this one of our AllBuffs guys? He's already followed by a few of us?

JG has been pimping that guy for a while. His stuff is amazing.

Question ...

In his analysis and team projection,
Buffs offensive is 1.07 and defense is 0.91.

What do those stats mean?

Points Per Possession.

It's the best stat to look at for how good the offense or defense is since it removes pace from the equation. For example, Wisconsin plays at a very slow pace so they don't score much. But their offensive PPP is usually exceptionally good, which is a big reason why they dance every year.

Plus they bang the crap out of every B1G team they play and have benefit of an over-rated conference.

Regular scores of 42-39...anyone? Bueller?

If anyone is a CBB better, nropp is a good source for play suggestions.

I do love myself some Nropp - good dude too, traded some emails with him of late. He's very big on CU's ability to exploit teams that crash the offensive boards and don't play great transition D.
