The Buffaloes have only two losses, close ones to SMU and Iowa State. Colorado can shoot the ball, hitting more than 40 percent of its 3-point attempts, among the top 20 in the nation.

Basically, he's saying that if the Dance could just take the 68 best teams that right now he'd have 9 teams from the Pac-12 in the tournament.
