a really fun game to watch, not just because the Buffs won, which is noce, but a sound game plan on both sides of the ball. Who would have ever thought running the ball 60+% of the time with a giant OL might work?

The D played relatively simple, aggressive schemes it appeared. The D, especially Beatty, were playing fast. I realize ISU isn't exactly a BCS contender, but they are a pretty solid team and the Buffs beat them handily.

Things are looking up and I am cautiously optimitic about KjSU, who has a weak run D. EK can continue to show us what he can do when someone isn't in his kitchen.

The Sacky gate was fun, my boy and I made it by for a short time, got to see Sacky, Dio, BCS, HugeGroove and probably a couple of others I am not remembering. All was welll excepting BCS' F-bombs dropped in front of my 8 year old :wow:, but all in all a good day.

 It was a slip, BCS was cool about it, he didn't see the little guy and apologized profusely. It's all good. Truth be told, my boy has busted me dropping a F-bomb once too...I still get grief from the wife over that one.

No, it was cool. I looked up and there you were. It was nice to have a Buff fan to high five. The guy sitting next to me was a ISU fan from Denver who literally talked my ear off. Nice guy, but very talkative. It was kind of fun to have soembody who knew about the other team though.

No, I never saw the guy before in my life, he just sat down and started talking....about his nephew Dimitri, a self described ISU junkie, the Rox, the Broncs, ISU FB, ISU BB, CU FB, CU BB, Austen Arnaud, Alexander Robinson, Alex Burks, Auburn BB and how the ISU coach went there, no kidding I knew more about that guy by the end of the game than I do about some of my relatives. Probably the friendliest guy I've run into for a while. He knew a ton about ISU FB so it was actually pretty interesting although a bit overwhelming at first.

ISU a week earlier has scored 30 on Nebraska. I was impressed with CU's defense for sure.

Watching that game....I think you guys might want to consider you don't have to find a new coach afterall...he just coached for you. D looked great...but I can't help but think Arnaud being out helped that a bit. Nice ball game Buffs.

    You still suck ;)

We're not awesome by any means, but I remember Arnaud going out after the game was well in hand (KU debacle aside), no?

Yeah, game was pretty much out of reach by the time Arnaud went down, except for that last game.... I watched the game on some ISU's fan TV in Texas, on ATDHE.net - he had his laptop webcam pointed at his tv and his mic on. The things we'll do... Listened to a lot of smack in the first half, but that all stopped in the 3rd qtr.
