Blacken sounds like a badass. I feel really fortunate to have him around.

Do college teams ever workout or practice alongside the nearby pro teams? Even for just a day or two? I feel like that would offer a ton of wisdom and perspective on trying to become an elite.

The S&C coach is the HC in the off-season. I like that he's talking about long term goals. Pitt was a non-starter. Blacken is leading.
