And Dan Hawkins said his job is secure? :wow:

Chris Kelly is fed up with Cinncinnati because they haven't done squat when it comes to facilities and has a contract provision that is similar to Bzdelik's contract with CU that if the facilities aren't coming, the buyout is zero or a very small amount.

I watched Cinncinnati demolish Rutgers...if we can see that kind of offense in Boulder, I will be VERY HAPPY!

We might end up competing with Virigina for Kelly.

Anyone think that we need to go after Kelly? I shudder at the thought of what Kelly can do at a program that has the facilities, fans, talent, and support. CU might be that program.

That article makes me giddy. I would think BK would be holding out for more of a plum than CU or UVa, IMO.

very interesting. The guy just seems like a hell of a coach and it would be interesting to see what he could do with the talent that we have on the team.

I think he'll come with a hefty price tag, but if it is at all possible, I seriously do love the idea....

BK for President!! oops, BK for the Heisman!! oops,
I mean BK for Colorado Head Coach.

Our coach had snapped, His health is failing, he daydreams, he's turned senile, and is delusional. He needs help. Being a HC in the BIg XII when his system and efforts have failed is too much for him.

that would be awesome to have brain kelly. but that's not going to happen unless bohn gets fired this year too. i shudder to think what's going to happen if he gets to decide our next coach. he would probably just extend hawkins again

CU might have better facilities, fans, talent and support than the Bearcats, but not compared to the other majors who will be after him this winter. There's an outside shot that there will be few coaching changes this year, so I guess, we might have a shot, assuming this season stays on course.

    :bang:

You simply have no idea what you're talking about. Firing Bohn would be a colossal mistake. But no amount of rational discourse will convince you of that.

Not to mention the fact that Bohn is not an idot, and if the donors are there to move on from a 0-12 debacle (and quite honestly, 1-11 debaucle is not as unlikely as I would like it to be) he will do that. a 5-7 season? hawk might stay, but 1-11 or 2-10?

Bohn will **** and got off the pot, so to speak, as I think the donors would be there to allow him to do that. Then see what we can get.

    I want Embree.

The Kelly talk is ridiculous. Not going to happen. Cincy has made major facility upgrades this decade. This is a lot of hot air to put pressure on boosters to come up with the dollars for what was promised.

Surprised they didn't mention A&M as a possible landing spot along with Virginia and CU - Sherman needs a good year this year.
