Reports indicate that University of Colorado regents voted today to approve a contract extension and raise for Athletic Director Rick George. His extension runs through June 30, 2021 and will bump his pay by $50,000 annually.

George was hired on July 17, 2013 becoming the sixth full-time athletic director at Colorado, in his tenure his achievements include raising funds for the new facilities that are home to the football program, balancing the departments budget and being a champion of the fans.
