News Junkie
The Colorado Buffaloes barely beat the Universty of Nebraska-Omaha at the Coors Events Center Sunday afternoon. The final was 87-82 Buffs in a game that the Omaha Mavericks led for about 20 minutes. Ultimately Colorado got out of trouble led by five double-digit scorers. Here are BSN Denver’s tweets of the game.

I think @CUBuffsMBB will surprise some people. Tip on @Pac12Networks and @Pac12Now with Mike Montgomery at 11 PT pic.twitter.com/EfQKiBI61X

— Guy Haberman (@GuyHaberman) November 22, 2015

If you have any questions, no need to tweet them at me, just speak loudly and I'll hear you.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Finally get to see the King live. Actually more people than I thought pic.twitter.com/8mntb0cvuW

— Jeremy Deischer (@roxbombers) November 22, 2015

Wes gets the Buffs on the board with a little jump hook.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Had no idea coming into this year that Fortune would try on the boards. Nice surprise.

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

Wes Gordon with 4 pts early is a good sign. If he is more aggressive, another weapon for Buffs.

— Neill Woelk (@NeillWoelk) November 22, 2015

I honestly think there's more students in my accounting class than at this Basketball Game

— Grant Vanek (@GrantVanek) November 22, 2015

George King gets his first shot of the game to go. A smooth floater.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Wes has his offensive switch in the 'ON' position today

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

@RyanKoenigsberg #silky

— Abbey Shea (@abbeyshea) November 22, 2015

It's my goal to yell at @RyanKoenigsberg during the game today from across the Keg and see if he hears me.

— James Lucas (@CUGoose) November 22, 2015

Everyone was wondering what would happen when the jumpers stop falling… well, here we go!

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

@jgisland 1.5. Hell get the first, and Tad will lose his ****. Whether he gets the second one is the question

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

Two stops for Brick Baby. Her defense has been stronger than @CUnitBuffs this year. Similar in numbers, too.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

.@Rumblinbuffalo made a good point this morning – Dom has to do a better job at avoiding fouls. Team needs him too much.

— James Lucas (@CUGoose) November 22, 2015

This is ugly.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Buffs just can't seem to rebound today

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

Josh Scott needs post touches. Gym dead need some defensive intensity

— Richard White (@RamblinWreck34) November 22, 2015

Which Boulder bar do we have to thank for today's performance?

— JG (@jgisland) November 22, 2015

Brett "wet" Brady in the game.

— C-Unit (@CUnitBuffs) November 22, 2015

i just woke up to find out that brett brady has entered the first half of the game and i'm going back to sleep for all of thanksgiving break

— Alex Cespedes (@MackinnonIsGod) November 22, 2015

@jgisland We actually were just having that discussion.

— James Lucas (@CUGoose) November 22, 2015

Dead, half-empty gym. Team playing like they're hungover. Just *blech*.

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

This is just really lethargic. Someone needs to knock down a shot or two before half.

— Patrick Ghidossi (@patrickghidossi) November 22, 2015

@Shapalicious he's taking today off, just like his teammates

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

I'm actually shocked at what I'm witnessing

— Grant Vanek (@GrantVanek) November 22, 2015

Buffs trail by eight.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Who's having fun

— Jenn Berg (@jennberg) November 22, 2015

#MonkeysRidingDogsPlease

— James Lucas (@CUGoose) November 22, 2015

Maybe I should make my way down to Coors…

— Ted Chalfen (@TheGhostofMarv) November 22, 2015

@Rumblinbuffalo is his favorite player Rondo?

— $0₫@ ℗0℗!Ω$₭! (@SodaPopinskiCU) November 22, 2015

The Buffs might lose…

— Ted Chalfen (@TheGhostofMarv) November 22, 2015

If you are a Philadelphia sports fan, what is there to be happy about?

— Parker Baruh (@ParkerBaruh) November 22, 2015

Now 13-point lead. Omaha clearly now believes they can win this game.

— Adam Munsterteiger (@adamcm777) November 22, 2015

So…..whiskey?

— JG (@jgisland) November 22, 2015

@jgisland just give me the bottle

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

Little life from the boys as the game opens up a bit

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

Buffs finally waking up, after 23 minutes of play.

— Patrick Ghidossi (@patrickghidossi) November 22, 2015

Buffs will have a chance to tie it back up with Scott free throws after the break

— RalphieReport (@RalphieReport) November 22, 2015

Buffs have 5 fouls in the last minute

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

Dribble drive, guys. Dribble drive.

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

Fletch has the last 8 points for the Buffs and the lead is 8.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Omaha. The anti-clutch FTs in the last few minutes are much appreciated.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

Okay Buffs, time to close.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

George King

— C-Unit (@CUnitBuffs) November 22, 2015

— Matt Sisneros (@Matt_Sisneros) November 22, 2015

Michael had the tongue, George King has the mouth guard.

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

We really gonna give up a 3 in 6 seconds.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

Back to back threes with a steal in the middle makes this a three point game with 29 seconds left.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 22, 2015

Ummmm…. wow.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

Wow. Okay Wes. Shut me up then.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

Well, it's a win.

— Benjamin Burrows (@Rumblinbuffalo) November 22, 2015

PPPPHHHHEEEWWWWW

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 22, 2015

Well that sure doesn't feel like a win for the Buffs. Hopefully that was the trap game.
