Jon has his talking points and I've heard them several times. 'We won't have the most talent, but we will have the best team.' 'We will be physical', 'tradition', 'legacy', 'trust'. It is a refreshing change from cinching it up, cleaning up a few things, not getting too high or too low, we are doing it the right way and 'a little bit'. God I hated that phrase that permeated through the entire team, a little bit the last three years. I don't care to dwell on hawk but I hated him the last two years. I'm buying in to this staff.
 
Embo really needs this game to be played Ive heard the "See Hawaii from the plane" and a bunch of other quotes a million times this week haha he has been talking about the game for too long. Time to take care of business.

yup. After the luncheon, nothing new has been coming out of the team. I hope it is cause they are so focused....
 
The show was a lot of fun IMO. I'm a big fan of Mark Johnson... not sure why he just seems to be a damn good Play by Play guy. Most of the same talking points out of Embree but I did like when he mentioned "WHEN we win a Pac12 Championship".

Anyway, the show wasn't packed at all. Seemed like plenty of extra seats... and the West End Tavern was giving away lots and lots of door/raffle prizes. You got a raffle ticket for every beer that you bought (wow... bad idea... but so so good at the same time) and then they gave away prizes at the end. There is a grand prize they're going to give away for the Arizona game. Media passes, field passes, and box seats IIRC. Would love to see some more AllBuffs folks at the next show!!
