EUGENE, Ore. – Emma Coburn finished her outstanding career at the University of Colorado with a bang when she won her second NCAA 3,000-meter steeplechase crown on Saturday afternoon at the NCAA Championships.

Holy cow I just watched he winning run, WOW that may be the most "effortless" NCAA national championship title ever won.

Now hopefully Shayla Kipp will continue the CU Steeplechase Dynasty in 2014.

It probably should have been by a lot more but I believe she has a back injury and is going to miss the USATF Championships starting tomorrow.

on TV the announcers were saying "this is a race for 2nd" long before the starters gun.
