Pretty good overview article, but nothing ground breaking
I like Nate coming off the bench to hit the 3. Maybe move him to the 2 spot, or relief at the 1 since Burks and Higgins can both play either the 2 or 3. It is nice to have the experience when needed, but Sharpe is going to lead this team. Also we have Roberson who is a good rebounder. this should be interesting.
Sounds like Boyle wants to run "the system" kind of like at Loyola when Hank Gathers played back in the day. Lots of scoring and just run the other team ragged...seems like it could really work well here like Boyle has said with the altitude as an advantage. Should be fun to watch will be nice to see some more scoring instead of the boring ass princeton offense we've been running
I could go for a trip to the elite 8. The cool thing about running the offense here is not only does it kill the opposing team, but when we play at a lower elevation we have endless energy
I don't see Boyle doing Loyola-Marymount...he preaches defense. LMU pressed to rush shots not get stops.
I believe Tad is thinking more along the lines of Norm Richardson's "40 minutes of Hell".
I really don't care what they call it - if we can start winning some games, I'm all in.
 Yup. Basically what Mizzou does now.
Norm Richardson's Arky teams were some of the best college basketball teams I've ever seen. If that can be replicated here, I'd actually buy a few tickets. That's some good basketball, there.
Sacky this might get you exited to buy tickets
Thats my favorite type of basketball, straight press and press break.
