Conference Realignment- The All-In-One Thread

Neinas was on College Gameday this morning (live from Boulder!) and he made it pretty clear that they weren't interested in another team from the state of Texas. He said the 2 main criteria in this order were geographic proximity and a strong football program. The first would seem to rule out WV

who would that be then ??
New Mexico would have geographic proximity but theri football progran sucks.
Maybe AFA ? Tulsa ?? I dunno

Big XII Statements ῀ Reality

I don't care if it's Beebe or Neinas or anyone else, the Big XII is a conference run by Texas politicians. Any statement with a resemblance to the truth is purely coincidental and not likely to be repeated unless is serves their purpose at the moment.

Yea, when he said geography he wasn't specific, so does that mean within their existing footprint? Relatively close to it? I still think BYU is their top target.
