"Could Pac 12 partner with Apple or Google?"

There is a rumor out there that Apple is going to be introducing a television in the not-too-distant future, supposedly with their Apple TV already built in. This scenario would certainly align with that rumor.

Content can't be limited to availability on Apple TV, unless there's an app that can be installed on a computer or phone to drive that to a vanilla TV or phone display, respectively. And Apple likes nothing better than exclusivity.
