We had that Iowa State game this year.
I'm still not convinced EWU is better than CSU either.
Lastly, there is no such thing as an easy win in football anymore
Next years game against the lambs is going to be ugly. Early prediction 49-6.

Maybe with the exception of Iowa State, you may be right.
I hate to break it to you, but Iowa State's not gonna be a cake walk next year (though the revenge factor should play heavily to the Buffs favor). Their quarterback play is going to be much improved with Meyer graduating, and if the end of the season is any indication, Chizik should have his players 100% "bought in" to his philosophies.
Really, the only difference maker they're losing is Blythe; on the whole they'll be a hell of a lot better next year than they were this year.
Really tough schedules for the Black and Gold... if they want to make their mark, next year is the year to do it!!!!
MNC game WIN :smile2:
we play the current 1 and 2 teams in the nation next year.
And #5 (KU), and #20 (UT).
and #116 (NU) and #117 (CSU)
ARe you sure NU ranks above CSU? CSU took CU to OT...:smile2::lol:
I find this statement funny. Blythe will be a huge loss. CU should beat Iowa State in Boulder. They should beat Eastern Washington handidly.
No kidding. I'm so glad CU never has to see that guy, it's not even funny. He torched CU for 4 years.
He was their entire offense for the last three years. Sorry if I think CU should kick the **** out of Iowa State next year, but I do.
I have a feeling the EW game will shape up like the Miami (OH) game did this year. Complete domination on both sides of the ball.
In a similar vein, now that Sperry can't play against us anymore we should have a lot easier time against CSU. He literally scored 80 percent of their points against us, I think.
Now you see why I said CURRENT because in this season you only get about a week ranked 1 or 2 before your knocked out. Amazing, how many #2's have lost this year :wow:
based on our schedule next year i am saying we finish the season at 10-2 in the best case scenario and 7-5 in the worst case...
either way we are bowl eligible again and recruiting like bandits...
You sure Sperry didn't get a medical redshirt this year?
He'll be back next year, but I believe he has played 4 times vs. CU, making him ineligible for that game.
Huh? I don't think that's a rule..
