Sefo Liufau

As noted, the number of records set by Sefo Liufau in his four year career at Colorado stands at 88, with the opportunity to set some bowl records against Oklahoma State in the Alamo Bowl.

A sampling of some of Liufau’s records (Note: The University of Colorado does not count bowl statistics when computing season and career records, so the career records noted below are final):

… And here are some of Liufau’s miscellaneous records set over the past four seasons:

— In the 59-56 double overtime loss to Cal in 2014, Liufau set single game records for attempts (67), completions (46) and touchdowns (7). Liufau also set school records for total offense (527 yards), touchdown passes in a quarter (3) and pass efficiency rating for a single game (157.2). Liufau teamed up with Nelson Spruce for most completions by a duo in a game, with 19;

— Liufau and Spruce teamed up to set a number of other school records, including the most career pass completions, duo, with 217 (213 from Liufau to Spruce, and, not to be forgotten, four passes from Spruce to Liufau), as well as the most touchdowns passes, duo, career, with 18 (17 from Liufau to Spruce, and one from Spruce to Liufau);

— Liufau also became the first Buff to pass for over 1,000 yards in a career against a single opponent, compiling 1,101 in four games against Arizona State. Sefo really needs a passing TD against OK St.
Doesn't matter in the CU history books as Plati won't count it despite the fact that the NCAA updated this policy about a decade ago and they now do include bowl games.

Hey, Plati. Why not only count the first 8 games of the season since there used to only be that many games played each year? That way, you can ensure the record book stays pure.
