I can see why HCMM did not kick him off the team once he knew what the plea agreement would be. It's a misdemeanor with some community service requirements.

Does CU have authority for additional punishment?

I thought CU Judicial affairs already acted in Webb's case; that's what someone reported?

Meh. I don't think so, he may have to eat a felony, though. Maybe plead to a felony with promise of a misdemeanor if he straightens up and flies right for a year or two.

Felony will ruin his career. I hope he isn't convicted, regardless of his fusker predisposition.

I have been working under the assumption that the CU student review nazis were laying in wait for the final outcome. Haven't they effectively banned students from campus access for far less?

Yes, they've certainly banned students from campus for a semester for FAR, FAR less
