CU not on AFA basketball schedule.

I havent seen that. Just that as you said one series will begin in Boulder and one on the road. Doesent sound like things are completley finalized.

Reading back in this thread, I like the idea of an annual round robin with DU, UNC, AFA, CSU, and WYO. Those games would be much more exciting then watching us play the likes of Maryland Eastern Shore or Longwood.

no kidding. At least there would be **** talking around the state. Thats half the fun of being a fan.

Easiest way to do a tourney woud be with 4 in-state teams: CU, CSU, DU, UNC. Since we're all in different conferences, it doesn't cause a weirdness in the MWC this way. You can do it one of two ways: A seeded tourney where you put CU and DU on one side of the bracket with CSU-UNC on the other. Or a round robin where everyone plays everyone and gets 3 games out of it. Have the thing on the CU campus at first until it builds up (or maybe Broomfield so that it's a neutral site game for RPI). Eventual goal to get the Pepsi Center to host.

no way we ever fill the pepsi center. broomfield sounds perfect.

Broomfield is fine since it is a neutral site as far as we are concerned.

Rpi is calculated at:
1.4 for a road win
1 for a neutral site win
.6 for a home win
