[h=2]Colorado Recruiting Class of 2016[/h]—
Well, it took until June, but the University of Colorado has finally obtained a commitment from the Recruiting Class of 2016. The second-to-last Power-Five conference*school to pick up a commitment (Iowa State is still looking for commitment No. 1), the Buffs started with the most important position … quarterback.

[h=2]Sam Noyer – QB[/h]Just the facts … Committed June 2nd*… Sam Noyer is*a 6’3?, 193-pound pro-style quarterback from Beaverton, Oregon. Noyer runs a reported 4.72 in the 40-yard*dash.*Rivals bio**Scout bio
What others say about*Noyer … Noyer is*considered to be a three-star prospect by both Rivals and Scout. Rivals has Noyer as the No. 4 player overall out of the state of Oregon this cycle, while Scout has Noyer as the No. 18 quarterback out of the west, and the No. 70 quarterback overall.
Noyer*had other offers from … Hawai’i, Wyoming and Eastern Washington, though numerous Power-Five schools, including Oregon State, Arizona State, Nebraska, and Oregon were at least recruiting Noyer.
Here is a link to the Hudl.com highlights of Noyer.
Here*is a YouTube video on Noyer*with an interview and highlights from Noyer’s junior campaign:

So far, we have beaten out Wyoming and Eastern Washington for a recruit.

If we get Stoll or Moyer soon, it'll add a lot of the recruits with P5 offers we've been hoping for in this small class.

Obviously no offers yet, but there are reports of our Pac-12 foes sniffing around Noyer. So whether or not they would have offered remains unseen, but there was at least casual interest. Just glad to lock in a QB early. Now the staff can focus its efforts elsewhere.
