BOULDER – The University of Colorado soccer team announced its 2015 summer camps on Monday with dates scheduled in June and July.

The camp coaching staff is made up of the nation’s top youth and collegiate men’s and women’s coaches and current and former Colorado players and other top-level collegiate players. Camps are designed to develop each player both technically and tactically and are open to any and all campers, limited only by the number of campers, age and gender.

The Residential Camp is open to boys and girls ages 10 to 18 and will run from July 6–9. The camp staff will assist in providing an instructional learning environment for players of all levels and positions. Goalkeepers will receive special training and will be assessed in small- and full-sided games. The objective of this camp is to create a competitive, challenging and fun environment while covering all facets of the game.

Overnight campers will be housed in one of CU’s dormitories and will receive 24 hour supervision from the camp staff. The overnight camp costs $550. Transportation to and from the airport is available for an additional $25 one way or $50 roundtrip. There is also a commuter option for campers who do not stay overnight, which is $450.

There will be two Buffs Day Camps: the first will run from June 1-5 and the second is scheduled for July 27–31. The Mini Buffs Half-Day Camp is open to boys and girls ages 4 to 6 and will run from 9 a.m.–noon, daily. This half day camp is $199. The Lil’ Buffs All-Day Camp is for boys and girls ages 7 to 12. This camp will run from 9 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday–Thursday, and 9 a.m. –noon on Friday. Price for the all-day camp is $260.

Buffs Day Camp is one of the premier soccer experiences for boys and girls. Players will learn basic technical skills, team play and rules of the game through fun activities and exercises. Camp will provide players with an instructional learning environment that is both fun and challenging.

Online registration is required by visiting CUBuffs.com/camps. Discounted registration for either camp includes $25 off if you sign-up before April 15 and an automatic $10 discount will be attributed for registering each additional sibling. Also, individuals registered to attend Buff Day Camp #1 will receive $25 off Buff Day Camp #2.
