CU v CSU Game Extended

I am with Sacky on that.

:stupid:too!

IMO it's good this series is continued, even if it's at Invesco. I usually have a good time at Invesco(Love the Brooklyn's pre/post games). Rather the game be at Folsom but w/e. We do need 6 games at Folsom per year, and if they or the Denver media don't like it then **** 'em. It's time for CSU to look in the mirror and remember that they are looking out for their best interets as well, which apparently is having the game at Invesco every year.

I'm definitely ok with having it at Folsom next year. We get to remind the CSwho fans what a real football stadium looks like instead of their crappy high school stadium. Along with the serious butt-whoopin' that they're destined to receive for the next decade or two.

BTW, who wants to dress up in WYO gear and crash the big rivalry in November? QUOTE]

Since my wife got her Ph.D. from Wyoming last year, I have the Wyo gear already. I'm there!!!

The Denver Metro Sports Commission is trying to help bring the game back to Invesco.

"We need to get the groups together to sit down and see what kind of deal we and Denver can put on the table and entice them to bring the games here," Commission president KieAnn Brownell said.

This is what I wanted to hear. I hope Bohn squeezes as hard as he can.

I think this game should always be the 7th "home" game on our schedule, it gives us some extra rev. and allows us to play a total cream puff at home while giving the people of CO a chance to see more of the buffs. In cases where its the 6th game I am drastically less in favor of it.

I see it as good incentive to make sure there are 6 home games per year. Whether we like this game at Invesco or not, it does give CU fans in the area the chance to see our team one more time close to home.

I'd like to see Bohn leave the negotiating table with about that much. That would make it worth it in my opinion.
