CU Women Golfers Finish Seventh At Spring Break Classic

KAPALUA, Hawaii – Adding two strokes each round, the University of Colorado women’s golf team finished seventh at the Anuenue Spring Break Classic here Wednesday.

Just five strokes from breaking back into the top five, where they finished after Monday’s first round, the No. 49 ranked Buffaloes shot 17-over par 305 on the final day, finishing the tournament at 45-over par 909 (301-303-305).

No. 15 Pepperdine recorded tournament-low rounds each day to claim the team title at 6-over par 870. No. 10 Washington and No. 37 UC Davis, held onto their spots at second and third, shooting 879 and 890, respectively. Switching positions each day, San Jose State ended the tournament in
