cubuffs CUBuffs.com: Buffs' Crawley Prepares For CSU, Higgins

Our DBs haven't looked as good as unit as I thought they'd be preseason. Hope they get this turned around...in a hurry.

Crawley has already seen some quality receivers. Against Hawai’i, he played against 6-4, 200-pound Marcus Kemp. Last week, it was Massachusetts standout Tajae Sharpe.

But Higgins is in another class.

Hmm... considering Sharpe went 11/138 and Kemp went 6/116 and a TD, I sure hope Higgins isn't that much better than those two guys. I love KC, but he's not exactly been a "lockdown corner" thus far this year. Hopefully he turns that around Saturday.

Agreed. They need to double Higgins more times than not.

Higgins had 1 catch for 16yds and a TD against CU last year. He was against Crawley the whole game and had a much better QB throwing to him. I anticipate Crawley will be just fine.
