Decent article from Longmont (again)

:yeahthat:...in addition to the pass defense improving. at least three of the catches that Brisco made on key possessions i saw the DBs watching him catch them ball.

Another excellent piece by Ridgell. I'd say he's clearly the best beat writer covering the Buffs these days.

Notice that Perkins was covering on alot of those, he needs to work on his ball skills bad. He is playing alot faster and tackling much better so im happy with that. Also some of these guys need to know the situation, Jalil Brown, catch the damn ball and the last play never happens. Jalil had a great game though.

It is funny how misinformed some sports writers are. I check CFN often, mainly because there is a ton of content, but their knowledge of Colorado, as most here already know, is pathetic. Ever since CU beat KU, they have said what a nice win, and Hanson was good, but apparently he can't throw? :wtf:

Multiple times they say how he has nowhere near the arm of Cody, and may not be able to hit the broad side of a barn. Way to stay informed on the biggest story of the CU season CFN!

Yeah, never understood when observers remark that his arm was suspect. Even in his very limited time last season it was quite obvious that his arm strength exceeded Cody's.

Agree...his knowledge of the playbook and "on the field smarts" werent nearly on par with Cody's (last year), but, pure talent is not even close.

We've known that up this way for 2 years now. Rivals figured it out giving him a spot this year. He is so much better than Ringo.....
